Industrial Aromatics

Industrial Aromatics is over in the Ashirwad Industrial Estate, specifically at 3/224 on Ram Mandir Road in Goregaon West. Being in an industrial estate in Mumbai means you’re always surrounded by activity. There’s the sound of machinery from the neighbors and the constant movement of delivery vans. Our unit isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve got our equipment set up for the aromatic work, and there’s always a faint scent of something or other in the air. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor has some scuffs from moving crates around, but it’s a working space, not a showroom. We don’t really have a front desk; usually, someone just looks up from their work if you walk in. We spend our time blending and packing, making sure the orders are right before they go out. Ram Mandir Road can be a nightmare for traffic, so we try to plan our shipments for early morning. We don’t have any big speeches about our values. We just know how to do our jobs and we do them every day. It’s a small team, and we all pitch in where needed. It’s a bit cramped and sometimes it’s too hot, but we’ve been here for years and it feels like home to us. It’s just a normal, hardworking Mumbai business.
