Mexican Olives

We are located at Shop No 10 in Jivraj Park, right inside the Phoenix Mar area in Kurla West. Mexican Olives is just our little spot where we put together food all day. Being inside a big place like this means there’s always a lot of noise and people walking past the window. We spend most of our shifts prep work, like cutting up tomatoes and onions for the salsa. It’s a lot of standing around and waiting for the next person to come by. We try to keep the place tidy, but when it’s busy, it can get a bit chaotic. Our kitchen isn’t huge, so we have to stay organized. It’s interesting seeing all the different people who come into the mall. Some are in a big hurry and others are just killing time. We just focus on getting the orders right. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical counter where we work. Sometimes the music from the other shops is a bit loud, but you get used to it. Kurla West is always busy, so there’s never a dull moment. We don’t do anything special for marketing; we just rely on people seeing us when they're out shopping. It’s a decent place to work, even if it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders at once. We just keep the beans cooking and the chips ready for whoever stops by during their day.
