Metex Electronics Enterprises

Metex Electronics Enterprises is located at Plot No-C/417 in the Sankalp building, right across from Ganesh Talkies in Lalbaug. Being near the cinema means there’s always something going on outside, especially when a big movie is playing and the crowds are thick. Our shop deals with all sorts of electronic components and systems. It’s a bit of a crowded space because we have so many different parts crammed onto the shelves. Most days, we are busy answering the phone or helping someone who walked in looking for a specific transistor or a cable they can't find anywhere else. We don't go for anything fancy with the shop’s appearance. It’s just a place where work gets done. My desk is usually covered in papers and small bits of plastic or wire. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to be sorted out or when a customer has a problem that’s taking a long time to figure out. Lalbaug is a busy area, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing our thing, focusing on the electronics and making sure we have what people are looking for. It’s not always easy to keep track of every little item in the inventory, but we have a system that works for us. People know they can find us here during the day, tucked away in Sankalp, just doing our daily tasks and dealing with whatever technical issues come through the door.
