Our place is on Nakane Road in the Deopur area of Dhule. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights to show where we are. If you know the road, you can find us easily enough. Dhule isn't a huge city, so things are a bit more relaxed here. We spend our days handling the usual business tasks. The office is just a place where we sit and work, nothing more and nothing less. It gets dusty because of the road outside, so someone is always dusting the desks every morning. We have a small team, and we usually have lunch together in the back room. Sometimes we talk about the local news or just what’s happening on Nakane Road. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We don't really care about being corporate or looking polished. We just want to get through the work without too much trouble. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just wait it out or find something else to do. It’s just life in a small town. We’ve been here at this location for a while, and the neighbors are all familiar faces. It’s a honest way to spend the day. There is no pressure to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the job, and head back home. That is the way it has always been for Mcgm at this spot on the road.
