We are located at No. 17 in the Dinshaw Building, which is number 239 on Dr. Cawasji Hourmusji Street. This is right in the Marine Lines area. The building is one of those older structures that gives this part of the city its character. It has high ceilings and old wooden doors. Working in Marine Lines means we are surrounded by history and a lot of narrow streets that get very crowded during the day. Our office is a straightforward space where we do our consulting work. There are plenty of files and stacks of papers on the desks because that is the nature of what we do. It’s not a modern, glass-walled office. It feels more lived-in and practical. We spend our hours talking to people and going through documents. Sometimes the street noise from outside is quite loud, especially with the horns and the people walking by, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been in the Dinshaw Building for a long time and we know the other tenants well. Our routine is pretty consistent. We arrive in the morning, sort through the mail, and get started on the files for the day. It is a quiet kind of work compared to the busy streets downstairs. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t; we just provide our services from this old office in a corner of Marine Lines.
