Our office is in Parel, right on J W Road inside an old building called Chunawala Villa. We are in Room No 2, which is on the ground floor, so you don't have to climb many stairs to find us. Parel is a very crowded part of Mumbai, and the area around Bhoiwada is always buzzing with people and vehicles. The walls in the villa are thick, but you can still hear the rhythmic sound of the city outside. Inside, we have stacks of files and papers that seem to grow every week. The furniture is heavy wood and has been here for a long time, giving the room a bit of a serious feel. We have a small window that looks out onto a side alley, but not much light comes through because the buildings are so close together. Most of our day is spent at the desks, reading through documents or talking on the phone. We usually get our lunch from one of the local places nearby, and the smell of spicy food often drifts into the room. It’s a very traditional Mumbai workspace, a bit cramped and filled with history. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. People find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to this same room for years. It’s just how things work here in Parel.
