Maniar Associates

Maniar Associates is located over in Chembur West. You can find us at Venilal Estate, specifically in units 72 and 73. It is an older part of the industrial area, so it has that lived-in feel to it. We have been operating out of this space for quite some time now. The office is tucked away, so if you are visiting for the first time, you might have to look around a bit. We spend most of our days working on projects and talking to clients on the phone. It is not a huge operation, just a few of us here making sure things get done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work we do inside is what matters. We deal with various associates and business matters from this spot. Usually, there is a lot of paperwork scattered around, but we know where everything is. It’s the kind of place where we know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy. We don't really go for fancy office furniture or anything like that. It's just a practical space where we can focus on our tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up or the monsoon makes things a bit damp, but we just carry on. Being in Chembur West is convenient for us and most of the people we work with. We don't try to impress anyone with a big lobby. We just like to get our work finished and head home like everyone else.
