Manak Marble & Granite

We are Manak Marble & Granite and we’re located at number 24 in Andheri East. This place is always covered in a bit of white dust because of all the stone we move around. It’s heavy work and my back usually hurts by the end of the week. We keep a variety of slabs here but it’s not like a museum. It’s a working yard. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks that come through Andheri. The traffic around here can be a nightmare so we try to get things moved early in the morning. We’ve been at this location for a long time and the building has seen better days. It doesn't matter much as long as the stone is good. We don't have a sales team or anyone in suits. It’s just us in our work boots talking to contractors and homeowners who need a piece of granite for a kitchen or a floor. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific piece in the back of the lot. It’s not a fancy operation but it’s honest work. We aren't trying to be the biggest supplier in the city. We just want to sell good stone at a price that makes sense for us and the buyer. If you come by you’ll probably find us covered in grit and busy with a saw or a lift. It's loud and messy, but it's what we do every day without fail.
