Malad Stone Supply & Construction Co

The yard is tucked away in Dayalal Compound in Malad West, right besides the Bank of India. If you’re looking for us, you’ll probably see the trucks before you see the sign. It’s a dusty place, which I guess is expected when you’re dealing with stone supply and construction stuff all day long. We’ve got piles of different materials sitting around, and there’s always the sound of something being loaded or unloaded. The staff spends most of the day outside or in the small office area trying to keep the schedules straight. It’s not a quiet business by any means. Being in Malad West means there’s always some new building going up nearby, so we stay pretty occupied with local orders. We aren’t big on fancy presentations; we just get the stone out to where it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic in the compound gets a bit backed up, especially when two big trucks try to pass each other near the bank, but we manage to sort it out. People from the neighborhood know where we are if they need something for a small patch-up job or a bigger project. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the inventory counts are somewhat right. We’ve been at this location for a good bit now, and while the machines get old and the office gets a bit cluttered, the work stays the same here at Malad Stone Supply & Construction Co. It's hard work, but it’s what we do.
