Nathi Parivar Associates

Nathi Parivar Associates is based out of 1/A in the Om Shiv Krupa Building. We are in Malad East, right near the post office in the Vastrapur area. Being so close to the post office means there is always a crowd nearby, which makes the area feel very alive. Our office is a simple one-room setup where we handle most of our work. We call ourselves a "parivar" because that’s how we run things—like a small family. Most of the people who come to see us are from the neighborhood or have been sent by friends. We don't do much in the way of fancy brochures or advertisements. We just have our names on the door and a few chairs for guests. Malad East is a busy place, and we spend a lot of time navigating the narrow lanes to show houses to families. The Om Shiv Krupa Building is easy to find if you are familiar with the Vastrapur side of the tracks. We keep our records in big binders and try to stay on top of all the new rules. It’s just honest, daily work for us. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the phones ringing and people dropping by without an appointment, but we prefer it that way. It feels more real than sitting in a silent office all day. We just do our best for the people who walk in.
