Maharashtra Readymade Cutpice is our shop, and you can find it at number 6 in Halwai Nagar. We are located right on Sahar Road in Andheri East, directly across from Jogeshwari Nagar. The shop stays filled with many different types of fabrics and ready-made clothing items. We have been operating in this spot for a long time and the neighbors know us by name. Sahar Road is a very busy stretch with people constantly walking by to shop or get to work. We keep stacks of cloth in almost every color and pattern you can imagine. Customers come in looking for a specific piece of fabric for a dress or just to see the new stock. It is a small space, so we have to be very organized with how we stack everything. Working with textiles means there is always a bit of thread or lint on the floor, but that is normal for us. Every day we talk to people who are looking for something decent and affordable for their families. This neighborhood is incredibly lively and there is always something happening right outside our door. We open early to catch the people heading out for the day and stay late for the evening shoppers. It is a simple, family-style business that relies on the local community. We don't do any big promotions, just honest trade.
