Maharaj Enterprises

Maharaj Enterprises is based in Unit No 20 on the 1st Floor of the Indrapr building. The address can be a bit confusing because we’re near the Cipla Company in Andheri East, but also close to the Military Road area of Vikhroli West. It’s an industrial part of town where people are always moving fast. Our unit is a large, open space that we’ve divided up with some basic partitions. It smells a bit like cardboard and metal, which is expected for an enterprise like ours. We have a lot of heavy equipment and some stacks of raw materials that take up the corners. The walls are a plain grey, and the floor is concrete because it’s easy to clean. We don’t have a lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and find one of us working. Most of the time we are wearing work clothes because there is always something to lift or move. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We eat our lunch at the main table and keep the tea kettle going throughout the afternoon. The noise from the nearby factories is constant, but we’ve grown used to it. We don’t worry about making the place look pretty for visitors. If you come here, you’re usually here for a specific reason, and we just get straight to the point. We’ve been operating from this unit for several years and it suits our needs just fine. It’s simple, honest work.
