Macc

Macc is based in Malad West. We’ve been operating in this part of Malad W for quite a while now. It’s one of those areas in Mumbai that never really sleeps. There is always a crowd at the station and the markets are constantly full of life. Our place is situated so we can get to everything easily without much trouble. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for us to do what we need to do on a daily basis. We don’t have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that makes fancy lattes. We just use a regular kettle for our tea. Most of our day is spent talking to people or checking on orders that come through. The humidity in Malad can be tough, especially during the monsoon season, but we’re used to it by now. We have some regular people who come by to see us, and we’ve known many of them for years. It feels like a real neighborhood business. We don't put on any acts or try to look bigger or more important than we are. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone on the phone and someone else sorting through stacks of papers. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s because we are actually busy working. We like being in Malad West because of the constant energy. Even when it’s tiring, there is always something happening around the corner. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving forward for everyone.
