M X Advertising is based in Santacruz East, specifically in the Amar Industrial Estate. We are at 159 C S T Road, which is a very busy and loud stretch of road in Kalina. The estate is a mix of all kinds of different businesses. We occupy unit number 5. It is an office full of computers, stacks of paper, and half-empty coffee mugs. We spend our time coming up with ideas for ads and talking to various clients on the phone. It is not a glamorous agency like the ones you see in the movies. It is more about meeting tough deadlines and making sure the final prints come out looking right. The building is a bit older, and the stairs can be a bit of a workout, but it is a good place to work. We have been in Kalina for a while now. Most of us take the local transport to get here, so we know the traffic situation on C S T Road all too well. It is a very practical and simple workspace. We don't have a ping-pong table or a fancy lounge area. Just plain desks where people focus on their tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just part of the daily job. We work with a lot of local companies around Santacruz and further out. It is a straightforward business for us, where we focus on getting the work done on time.
