M S B B Shah Company is located at Acharya Wadi, Plot No 2, in Mumbai. We’ve been here in Maharashtra for quite a long time now. The pin code is 400 074. It’s an older part of the city, and our building has seen a lot of things change over the years. We’re basically a family-run kind of setup. There’s always someone in the office from early morning till evening. We deal with various goods and supplies, mostly helping local businesses get what they need. It’s not the kind of job that makes the news, but it’s important to us and our regulars. The space is a bit cramped with all the ledgers and samples we keep around, but we know where everything is. You won't find us using a lot of big words or trying to sound like a multinational. We are just local people working in the same neighborhood we grew up in. Sometimes customers come in just to have a tea and talk about the market before they actually buy anything. We like that part of the job. It’s about the relationships we’ve built over the decades. Rain or shine, the doors are open. We’ve seen Mumbai change a lot around us, but we’ve mostly stayed the same, just doing our daily tasks and making sure the orders are filled correctly. It’s a simple way to make a living, but it works for us.
