M P Vashi Associates is located right on Nagar Road 13 in Kalbadevi. If you know the area, you know exactly how crowded and loud it gets during the business day. We’ve been here for a long time, tucked away in one of the older buildings on the street. It’s a very busy part of town, with people always moving around and heavy goods being hauled back and forth. Our office is quite simple, just enough room for the files and a couple of chairs for guests. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles or modern technology. It’s mostly just us handling the daily paperwork and talking to the people who drop by. The stairs in this building are a bit steep and the hallways are definitely narrow, but the place has a lot of character. We’ve seen many different businesses come and go on this street, but we’ve managed to stay put through it all. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We usually start our day with some hot tea and then dive into whatever tasks need finishing. The noise from the street never really stops, but you get used to it after you've been here a week or two. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to promote us. People find us because we've been at this address for so many years. It’s a tight-knit community of traders and local workers around here. It is just basic work.
