You can find our place in Andheri East, specifically at 1st Cross 1st Main, number 16. Being located in Andheri means that we are always right in the middle of the usual Mumbai rush and noise. The office is quite small and it often smells a little bit like chemicals or fresh paint, depending on whatever we happen to have in our current stock. We do not have a whole lot of extra room, so almost everything is packed very tightly on the shelves along the walls. It can be a bit of a maze to walk through sometimes if you don't know the way. We spend most of our day mixing things up or checking through orders for the local contractors who stop by. The phone seems to ring constantly and there is almost always someone standing at the door asking for a very specific shade of color. We don't have a fancy reception area or a place for people to sit, just a simple counter where we talk to everyone. Sometimes we completely lose track of the time because there are no windows in the main part of the workspace. We usually eat our lunch very quickly and then get right back to the tasks at hand. It is a messy job but we like to see the final results of what we do. Most of us have stains on our clothes that just won't come out even after washing them.
