Over here at Kandivali East, specifically Reay Road 2, things are always moving. We handle construction work. It's mostly about getting the materials to the site on time and making sure the labor is doing what they should. It gets pretty loud and dusty around here, but that’s the nature of the job. We don’t have a big glossy brochure or anything like that. Most of our days are spent checking measurements or talking to suppliers about cement and steel. It’s hard work and the sun in Mumbai doesn't make it any easier. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit. People around Kandivali know where we are if they need a wall built or some renovation done. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes there are delays because of rain or whatever else comes up. We just deal with it. We keep our tools at the Reay Road 2 location and head out to the sites from there. It’s a small team, nothing corporate. We talk to people directly and figure out the plans. If you walk by, you’ll probably see us looking at blueprints or arguing over a brick count. It’s just how we get things built. No fancy speeches, just getting the foundation right and moving up from there. We’ve done a few different types of projects around here. It keeps us busy enough, and we prefer staying focused on the actual building work rather than the paperwork or marketing.
