Our place is over at 31 Sakinaka on Sb Marg, right in the Advan Compound. If you're looking for us, we’re directly opposite the Hari Masjid on Kherani Road. M E C Well Pharma Equipment is where we put together various machines used in the pharmaceutical industry. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the shop sometimes, especially when we have a big project going on. We've been in this spot for a while now. The area is always crowded and noisy, but that’s just Sakinaka for you. We spend a lot of our time making sure the stainless steel parts are welded just right. It’s very detailed work because even a small mistake can ruin a whole machine. We aren't some big factory with robots. It’s mostly us using our hands and manual tools. Sometimes things go wrong, or a delivery of steel is late, and we have to stay late to catch up. That’s just part of the job. Most of us here have lived nearby for years. We walk to work and know the tea stall owners on the corner. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on building the equipment that people ask for. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The shop might be a bit dusty, but the machines we make are clean and ready for use when they leave.
