We’re located at 110 in the Vijay Industrial Estate. It’s on the Chincholi Bunder Link Road, right near that big Honda showroom in Malad West. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around all day. Our workshop is one of many in this estate, but we’ve been here long enough that most people know the way. We do various industrial jobs, mostly working with different types of metals and fabrications. The space is a bit old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on the machines and the output. There’s always a pile of material near the door waiting to be worked on or picked up. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the equipment well and have been here for years. The Link Road traffic is always a mess, especially in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the day. It gets a bit stuffy inside during the monsoon when we have to close the windows, but we have a couple of big fans that help keep the air moving. We don’t go in for fancy brochures or any of that. Usually, people just see our sign outside or hear about us from someone else in the industrial estate. It’s a practical place for practical work, and we like it that way.
