Lucid Colloids Limited

We have our office over at 401A in the Navbharat Estate, which is located in Sewri West. If you’ve spent any time in this part of Mumbai, you know it’s a proper industrial neighborhood. It’s not the kind of place people go for sightseeing, that’s for sure. We work with colloids here. Mostly, that means we spend our days dealing with different types of gums and thickeners. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making sure the orders are being processed correctly. The building itself is an old estate, and sometimes the lift has a mind of its own, so we end up taking the stairs. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. There’s a small group of us in the office, and we all know each other pretty well. We aren't doing anything fancy or trying to act like a big corporate firm. We just make sure the shipments go out to the customers when they’re supposed to. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the warehouse and the transport guys. Lunch is usually just something we bring from home or grab from a stall nearby. It’s a bit noisy with the trucks outside, but you get used to it after a while. We just focus on our work and try to keep things moving along without any unnecessary drama. That’s pretty much how we spend our days in Sewri.
