Longbow Associates

Longbow Associates is based in the Juhu Scheme neighborhood. Our office is C-210 on Sawant Marg. We are right across from Infinity Mall, so if you are ever shopping there, you are just a stone’s throw away from us. It is a good area to be in, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. The office is a decent size and we have tried to keep it organized, but with several of us working there, it usually ends up looking a bit lived-in. We do various types of associate and consulting work. It is not the most exciting stuff to some people, but we find it interesting enough. We are a small group of people who have worked together for a long time. We do not have any corporate manuals or HR departments. If there is a problem, we just talk about it over a cup of tea. It is a very human way of working. The building is okay and the neighbors are mostly other small businesses like ours. We do not have a big marketing budget to tell everyone how great we are. We just do our work and let that speak for itself. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we try to keep a normal schedule otherwise. It is just a regular office in a busy part of Mumbai.
