Libratherm Instruments Pvt Ltd is located over in Dombivali East. It’s a place where we make and fix various types of instruments. The area is quite industrial, which fits what we do. The workshop is usually a bit noisy with the sound of tools and testing equipment. We’ve been here for a long time now. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as there’s always some metal scraps or wires lying around on the workbenches. We don’t have a corporate office with glass walls. Our walls are just bricks and paint that’s seen better days. We spend our hours calibrating things and making sure the sensors work like they are supposed to. It’s technical work, but we talk about it in plain terms. Most of the guys here have been working with instruments for years. We eat our lunch together in the back room. Sometimes a client comes by to pick up an order, and we just hand it over after checking the paperwork. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been in Dombivali for years and people know we do this kind of work. It’s steady and it keeps us busy. We don't try to make it sound more important than it is. We just build instruments and keep the lights on for the next job.
