We started Leadsoft Solutions Pvt Ltd a while back and we have people working in Mumbai and Delhi. It's mostly just us trying to get tech stuff right for the folks who hire us. Dealing with software can be a real headache sometimes, so we spend most of our days staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't clicking. Sometimes we’re in the Mumbai office and other times we’re coordinating with the guys in Delhi. It's a lot of back and forth. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and too much coffee. Most of what we do is just plain old coding and fixing bugs. It isn't always glamorous work. Some days are just long and involve a lot of phone calls between the two cities. We just try to keep things moving. There’s always some new update or a server issue that needs attention right away. We’ve been at this for a bit now. You get used to the pace after a while. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in t-shirts working through a list of tasks. It’s a small team, really. We just focus on the projects in front of us and try not to overcomplicate the process. It's just how we operate. Nothing too special about it, just a group of people who know their way around software and systems. That's about it for us.
