Finding us isn’t too hard if you’re familiar with Srirampura Main Road. We are at 10/404 J B Nagar, right near the 4th Cross. Most people use the Jain Temple as a landmark when they are coming over for the first time. It’s a busy little area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. Lata Pravin Kumar Bagadia is the name on the door, but it’s just a small office where we spend most of our time. There’s a lot of paperwork usually piled up on the main desk. We try to keep it sorted, but things get messy when we have a lot going on. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a room with some chairs and a table. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The morning starts with clearing the dust that blows in from the main road. Srirampura can be quite dusty during the dry season. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just handle what needs handling. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait around, which is frustrating but that’s life here. It’s a simple routine we’ve got going. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and know the local shopkeepers. It feels right being here.
