The office is tucked away in the housing society area, which makes it feel a bit more like a community. We’ve been here for a while and the people around know us. It’s not a corporate tower; it’s just a space where we get our work done. We handle the day-to-day things that keep the company going. Mumbai 400062 is our base. We like it because everything we need is close by. The team here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some newer faces. We don't really do the whole professional polish thing. We just talk like normal people and work hard. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai makes things a bit difficult, but we manage to stay dry. Aaray Road can get packed, especially during rush hour. We just plan around it. There’s no fancy mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the filing, answer the calls, and handle the projects. It’s a steady rhythm. We’re just a regular group of people working for Larsen Toubro Ltd in a busy part of the city. We even have a small kitchen for making tea and taking short breaks.
