We are located at Kallungal House in Puthuppasy, which is near Muvattupuzha in the Ernakulam district of Kerala. It’s a beautiful, green part of the state, though it can get extremely rainy during the monsoon season. The office is set up in a way that feels more like a home than a sterile business environment, which we quite like. It’s peaceful out here compared to the big cities like Kochi. We spend our days managing various tasks from this location, and it’s a steady rhythm that keeps us going. Most of us are locals from the Muvattupuzha area, so we don't have long commutes. We usually start the day with a bit of conversation before diving into whatever needs to be handled. The building itself is sturdy and has been part of the landscape for a while. We don’t have any big signs or advertisements outside. People in the village know where we are if they need to find us. The air is fresh here, and you can often hear the birds or the sound of the rain on the roof while we work. It’s a very simple and honest way to spend the work week. We don't worry about corporate dress codes or fancy meetings. We just focus on getting the job done right and then heading back to our families in the evening. It’s a good balance and we’ve found a way of working that really suits the local environment.
