If you go to Mulund East and head towards Hari Om Nagar, you’ll find us in Millennium Park. We are in Building Number 9, up on the fourth floor at Flat 403. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the rest of Mumbai. Larsen And Toubro Ltd has had this office here for quite some time. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees. Inside, it looks like a regular office that has seen a lot of work over the years. There are files everywhere and the desks are a bit cluttered with stationery and old cups. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything fancy. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed among the staff because we’ve worked together for so long at this location. We manage the logistics and the admin work that comes through. Sometimes the building elevator acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a climb to the fourth floor. But we don’t complain much. Being in Mulund East is nice because it’s a bit more peaceful than the western suburbs. We are just a small part of the larger Larsen And Toubro Ltd family, doing our part from this specific flat in Millennium Park. It’s a simple, no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on the daily tasks and make sure everything is recorded correctly before we head out for the day. That is us.
