Worli is a pretty central spot in Mumbai, so getting here isn't too bad, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour. Kyanite Consultancy Private Limited operates from this office. It’s a standard business building, nothing too flashy. We have our desks set up and we spend most of our time looking at data or talking to people on the phone. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street below. We’ve been in this space for some time now. It’s got that old-school Mumbai office feel to it. There’s always someone moving around in the hallways of Poonam Chambers. We don’t really do fancy presentations or have a big lobby. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, so we just wait and chat. It’s a practical location for a consultancy because it’s easy for people to reach from different parts of the city. We keep our files in order and try to stay productive through the day. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is something we look forward to. It’s just a regular office life for us here in Worli. We keep the air conditioning running and keep our heads down to finish our work. There’s a certain rhythm to the place that we’ve all gotten used to over the years.
