Kusum Clinic

I started Kusum Clinic at Shop No 12 in the Ratankar Pandhare building a good few years back. It is right near Lakpati Hotel, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by on Byculla Arey Road. Most mornings start with me unlocking the front gate and watching the neighborhood slowly wake up. It is a busy spot in the 400027 area. We spend most of our time inside the clinic handling things as they come. It is not a very huge place, just a regular shop setup that fits what we need for the day. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, especially during the lunchtime rush when everyone is heading to the hotel next door for a meal. The area has changed quite a bit over the years, but our little spot remains pretty much the same. We have some regular people from the nearby blocks who stop by to say hello. It is just how things are here in Byculla. It gets a bit dusty with all the vehicles passing by constantly, but we try to keep it tidy enough. Usually, there is a tea stall nearby that keeps us going through the long afternoons. It is a simple life running a place like this. We do not have any fancy decorations. Just the basic chairs and the main desk. People find us easily enough because of the hotel landmark. If you are coming from the main road, you just look for Ratankar Pandhare and we are there.
