Our office is located at Kamdhenu in Hariom Nagar, which is over on the east side of Mulund. It’s a residential pocket of Mumbai, so it’s a bit calmer than the places closer to the city center. We are at number 8 74 in the building. It’s not a huge space, but it fits us just fine. Most mornings start with the walk from the station or finding a spot to park the scooter. The area around Hariom Nagar is quite green for Mumbai, which is a nice change of pace. Our work setup is very basic. We have a few long tables where everyone sits with their laptops. There are files stacked in the corners because we haven’t gotten around to organizing the new shelves yet. We don't really have a dedicated break room, so we just eat at our desks or head out to the local shops if we want some fresh air. The building is older, so the walls have some marks and the windows rattle when the wind picks up, but it doesn’t bother us much. We are a small group and we’ve worked together for a while, so there isn't much need for formal rules. We just show up, do our bit, and try to finish everything before the evening rush on the trains. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We like that it’s tucked away from the main road noise.
