Kotah Stone Syndicate

Kotah Stone Syndicate is situated right near the Sewree Bus Depot. We are just opposite the T.K. Estate in Sewree West. Being so close to the bus depot means there is always noise and movement around us, which we have gotten used to over the years. We specifically work with Kotah stone, which is a very practical and sturdy material that many people use for their projects. Our yard is filled with these slabs, and we spend most of our time sorting through them and making sure we have enough stock for the people who stop by. It’s a straightforward business here in Sewree. We don't go in for fancy displays; we just have the stone stacked up where you can see it. People come to us when they need a reliable material for their flooring or outdoor areas. We handle the loading and unloading ourselves, and it can be quite a workout given how heavy these stones are. The location is very convenient for anyone in the West side of Sewree. We have been here for a long time, and we know the ins and outs of the stone trade fairly well. Our days are filled with the sound of the bus depot and the clinking of stone being moved around. It’s a local operation, and we like the community feel of being right there on the main stretch near the estate. We focus on our daily work and getting things done for the people who visit.
