We are located in Gala No 12, which is on the ground floor of the Bliss Compound in Malad East. If you know Nivediya Road, you can find us pretty easily, though the traffic around here can be a real headache sometimes during the rush hour. The ground floor is good because we don't have to carry heavy paper or materials up any stairs. The compound itself is usually full of trucks and bikes, so it’s always a bit dusty and loud. Inside our unit, it smells like ink and paper all the time. I’ve been working here for years and I don’t even notice it anymore. We have a few old machines that we keep running with a bit of luck and regular oiling. It's not a showroom. It’s a workspace. There are scraps of paper on the floor and posters taped to the walls. We have a small table in the corner where we eat our lunch. Most of our clients are local businesses from around Malad who just need stuff done without any fuss or delays. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the graphics and making sure the colors look okay on the final print. Sometimes the rain gets into the compound during monsoon and we have to move everything away from the door. It’s a bit of a struggle but we’ve managed so far. We just keep our heads down and finish the jobs.
