We are located at 197, Pearl Society, which is right across from Hotel Shantidoot in Dadar West. Being in this part of Mumbai means there is always something going on outside our doors. We have been running Kohetoor Stone & Tiles Pvt. Limited from this spot for a good while now. It is a busy area, but it works well for us since people can find us easily once they see the hotel. We deal with all sorts of stone and tile materials. Some days are just spent moving heavy slabs around and making sure the stock is where it should be. It is not glamorous work, but it is what we know. The office is tucked away in the society, so it stays a bit cooler than the street outside. We handle a lot of local orders for renovations and new builds nearby. Sometimes the traffic in Dadar makes it hard for the delivery trucks to get in and out on time, which can be a bit of a headache for everyone involved. We try our best to keep things moving though. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us here making sure the orders are processed and the customers get what they need for their floors or walls. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. If you are walking down the street near the hotel, you will probably see our signs or some of the tile samples we keep out.
