Being in a shopping center in Mumbai means it is always crowded and there is always something going on outside our door. We focus on dehydrating vegetables like onions and garlic. It is a very practical business. We do not have a lot of space for fluff, so every inch of our office and storage is used for something important. The air sometimes smells like the vegetables we are working with, which is just part of the job. We are not trying to be some trendy health food brand. We just provide dehydrated products that other businesses and people need for their cooking. We have a few desks and a lot of samples lying around. Our team is used to the fast pace of Andheri. We deal with a lot of phone calls from traders and exporters. Sometimes the traffic on M.B. Road makes it hard for our deliveries to get through, but we have learned to plan around that. We do not have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things that need to get done before the end of the day. It is honest work, and we have been doing it this way for quite a while now.
