Kiran Eye Clinic

We are based in the Jyoti Vihar Co Op Hsg Society, which is right near the Haryali Restaurant. If you know the foot of the Wadala Bridge on Antop Hill Road, you’ve probably passed by us. Wadala is a busy place with a lot of traffic coming off the bridge, but our little eye clinic stays pretty steady. We spend our days checking people's vision and helping them find the right glasses. The clinic isn't very large, just a few rooms for the eye exams and a place to display some frames. It’s a bit older, like many of the buildings in this part of town. We get a lot of older folks from the housing society who just need their prescriptions updated. Sometimes the restaurant nearby smells really good, which can be a distraction during the lunch hour. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, making sure people can see a bit better. The shelves are mostly filled with lens cases and eye charts. It can be a bit cramped when we have more than three people waiting, but we make it work. Most of our patients are regulars who have been living in Antop Hill for decades. It’s a quiet, practical kind of work, and we like being part of the local neighborhood life. We keep things simple and just focus on the eyes.
