Our clinic is located on the first floor of the Eakdant Building, which you’ll find on SK Bole Marg. We are right in the middle of the Agar Bazar area of Dadar West, so there is always a lot of activity outside our windows. Being on the first floor in room 101 means we are just a short walk up the stairs. We have been in this particular spot for quite a long time now. Dadar West is a very busy part of Mumbai, and the market nearby brings in people from all over. Most of our patients are local residents who have been coming to us for years. The clinic itself is fairly simple and doesn't have any of the fancy decorations you might see in a newer office. We have a small area for waiting and a few rooms for the consultations. It can get a bit loud with the sounds of the bazaar coming in, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend time on things like promotional slogans or polished brochures. Our focus is just on the patients who walk through the door every day. We open up early and stay until the work is finished. It’s a practical and honest way to run a clinic in a neighborhood like this. We like being part of the daily life in Agar Bazar. It feels like we are right where we belong, serving the people we know.
