Kichen Queen Masaley

Kichen Queen Masaley is located in the Cotton Association of India building, specifically in Office No.S 56 on the 1st floor. This is right opposite the Cotton Green Station in Cotton Green East. It is a very old and busy part of Mumbai. The building itself has a lot of history and the hallways are often filled with the sounds of other small businesses working. Because we are near the station, there is a constant stream of people moving past. Our office is part of the JJ Enterprises space. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is the smell of different spices like turmeric, chili, and coriander. It is a strong scent that stays on your clothes all day. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to be very organized with how we stack the bags and containers. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit worn down, and the elevator doesn't always work, so we do a lot of climbing. It’s a hectic environment, but that is just life in this part of the city. We spend our hours measuring out masalas and making sure the packets are sealed properly. It’s a small-scale operation, and we don't have a big marketing team. We just focus on getting the work done in our little corner of the Cotton Association building and sending it out to the local markets.
