Our distribution point is tucked away in Basement No. 2 of Narottam Niwas on Nehru Road. It’s right by the Brijwasi Shop in Vile Parle East. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is good for the items we store. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it specifically, but once you know where we are, it’s simple enough. We have shelves lining every wall, filled with different Ayurvedic preparations and containers. The space is a bit cramped because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for our regular clients. We spend most of our time unpacking boxes and checking batch numbers. It can get a little dusty down here, but we try to keep it organized as best as we can. People from around Vile Parle usually come in with specific lists of what they need for their shops or homes. We don't really do much in the way of sales pitches or fancy talks. We just find the right box and hand it over. The stairs are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when we are carrying heavy crates up and down. It’s a quiet spot compared to the noise of the traffic on Nehru Road just above us. We have a small table where we do the billing and keep our records. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we’ve been here for several years now. We just do our work.
