Kenee Ventures

Kenee Ventures is based in Mumbai, specifically at 19 Sudarshan, 22 Ld Ruparel Marg. It’s right in the Malabar Hill area, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. The office is in a residential-feeling neighborhood, so it’s not as chaotic as downtown. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while. Our work involves various ventures and investments, but we don't act like the big-shot bankers you see on TV. It’s a small group of us sitting in a comfortable office, looking over numbers and talking about potential projects. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or a huge lobby with a fountain. It’s just a front door and some desks. The building, Sudarshan, is a nice place to work from. We like the location because it’s a bit quieter and the air feels a little better up here. We don’t really do any big advertising. Most of what we do comes from people we already know or through word of mouth. It’s a steady pace. We aren't rushing around like crazy most days. We take our time to look at things properly and make decisions without a lot of fuss. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We drink a lot of coffee, talk through our ideas, and just try to keep things moving forward in a sensible way.
