Kataria Eye Clinic

Kataria Eye Clinic is located on the first floor of Kartar Bhavan. It is right on Colaba Causeway, tucked between the Cambridge Showroom and the Central Bank of India. The area is always packed with tourists and shoppers, so it can be a bit of a challenge to get through the crowds to our entrance. Once you get upstairs, it is much quieter than the street. We have been doing eye exams and checking vision here for quite a while. The equipment is kept in the back rooms where we do the actual testing. It is not a very large office, but we have managed to fit everything in. We see people for new glasses, eye infections, and general checkups. The staff is small, so we handle the reception and the testing ourselves. We do not have a polished corporate look at all. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the medical tools are what really matter. Being in Colaba, we get a mix of locals and people who work in the offices nearby. We do not do much promotion because the location naturally brings people in. It is a straightforward eye clinic where the focus is just on your sight. We take our time with the eye charts and making sure the lenses are right. It is a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us and our patients.
