Kapoor Eye Centre

Kapoor Eye Centre is located in Oxford Chambers, specifically in suite B/606. We are right across from the Saki Vihar Telephone Exchange in Andheri East. It’s a decent building, though the elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour. We’ve been in this office for several years. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on eye health. There’s a waiting area with some old magazines and a water cooler that sometimes leaks a bit. We don't try to impress anyone with modern art or expensive rugs. Our focus is on the charts and the lenses. Being in the 400072 area, we see a lot of office workers and residents from nearby. The clinic usually smells a bit like sanitizer, which I guess is a good thing. We have our routines, from opening the shutters in the morning to filing away the patient records at night. Some days are quieter than others, allowing us to catch our breath. We’ve seen many eyes over the years, some just needing a new pair of glasses and others with more serious concerns. We do what we can with the tools we have. It’s a steady job and we like the community here. If you’re looking for the Telephone Exchange, you’re almost at our door. Just head up to the sixth floor and look for the sign on the door. That's us.
