Our office is over in the Sungrace Shopping Centre in Charkop, Kandivali West. We are on the second floor, in unit 157. It’s an interesting place to work because it’s a shopping center, so there’s a lot of variety in the shops around us. Being on the second floor keeps us a little bit away from the main foot traffic of the shoppers downstairs, which helps us focus. Promptech Pharma Equipments India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for some time now. It’s a bit of a walk from the main entrance and through the corridors, but it isn't too bad once you know the way. The space inside is dedicated to our administrative stuff and handling the technical details of the equipment we deal with. It gets a bit noisy when the market downstairs at the Sungrace Shopping Centre is in full swing, especially on weekends when families come out, but we are usually here during the week when it's a bit calmer. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some shelving for manuals and a couple of desks for the computers and printers. It's not a corporate showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. It's just a workspace where we get things done. We like being in Kandivali West because it's a familiar area and easy for us to get to. Sometimes the parking is a total nightmare, so we mostly take public transport. It's just a regular local business setup, nothing more and nothing less.
