We’ve been here at Kanaiyalal P Pandya for a while now. Our place is on B R Road, right by the Pipe Line in Mulund West. If you know the area near Nr 402 Last, you probably know where we are. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. People often stop by while they’re out running errands around the 400080 zip code. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. We usually open up in the morning and stay until things are finished. Sometimes the traffic on B R Road gets a bit much, especially near the end of the day, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some shops have come and gone, but we’re still sitting here near the pipe line. Most folks who come in are locals from around Mulund. It’s nice seeing familiar faces. We don't really do much advertising or anything. We just keep the doors open and do what needs to be done. It's a straightforward setup. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit cluttered when we’re busy. That’s just part of the daily routine. If you’re walking down the road near the 402 bus stop area, you’ll see our sign. Nothing too flashy, just the name Kanaiyalal P Pandya. It is what it is.
