Kamal Noodles

We are located on the first floor of Chinoy Estate, which is a big old building on Veera Desai Road. Finding us the first time can be a bit of a trick if you aren't looking for the signs. We are near the Krishna Mandir, so sometimes you can hear the prayers while we are working. Kamal Noodles is a busy place because making noodles involves a lot of machines and a lot of flour. It gets quite warm in the kitchen area, especially in the Mumbai humidity. We spend our days mixing, cutting, and drying noodles to get them just right. The estate itself is always humming with activity, with trucks coming and going in the courtyard below. Our space on the first floor is a bit cramped with bags of ingredients and stacks of finished boxes, but it works for us. Andheri West is a fast-moving part of the city, and we are right in the middle of it all. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time, so we are like a small family. We focus on the work and making sure the noodles are packed properly before they go out to the shops. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but seeing the stacks of noodles ready for the market feels good at the end of the day.
