Kamal Advertising

We are located in the P&T Colony in Santacruz, specifically in the New Chandramahal building along the drive-in. Advertising is a weird business to be in, especially when you are a small setup like ours. Most of our work involves figuring out how to get a name or a product onto a sign or a bit of paper so people actually notice it. The office is usually full of half-finished designs and printouts that didn't quite look right the first time. We spend a lot of time on the phone with printers or trying to get a layout to fit into a space that is way too small. It is not like the big agencies you see on TV; it is just a few of us in a room with computers and a lot of coffee. We handle local stuff mostly, like posters for shops or small ads for the papers. Sometimes it gets stressful when a deadline is coming up and the power goes out or a machine breaks down, but we manage somehow. Being in Santacruz is handy because it is easy for clients to drop in and tell us what they want in person. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take an idea and try to make it look decent on a board or a page. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
