Kally Services

Kally Services operates out of Room No 3 in the Suresh Deshamukh Chwal, which is in the Mharalpada area of Kalyan West. It is a modest room that serves as our main base for everything we do. Living and working in a chawl means we are always close to the community. People just knock on the door when they need something fixed or checked out. We handle a lot of different tasks depending on what is needed that day. It is not a corporate office with air conditioning; it is just a practical space where we keep our logs and gear. Kalyan West is a busy place and Mharalpada has its own pace. We know almost everyone in the building and they know us. Sometimes we are out on calls all day and the room stays locked, but we are usually back by evening to sort out the paperwork. We aren't trying to grow into a massive company. We just want to do a decent job for the folks who live nearby. Things can get a bit hectic with the narrow lanes and the heat, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just take the jobs as they come and try to be honest about what we can do and when we can do it. There's usually a bit of a wait because there's only so many hours in the day, but we get through the list eventually. It’s just how things work in this part of Kalyan.
