You can find us over at the Namu Building on Naigaon Cross Road. We’re in unit 1127/C. It’s a fairly old building but it works for what we need. At Kaarya Foods, we don’t really go in for anything too complicated. Our daily routine is mostly about preparing the food items and making sure everything is fresh. The space isn't huge, so we have to be pretty careful about how we use the room we have. It gets quite warm in the afternoons when we’re busy, but we’re used to it. The neighborhood around Naigaon is always moving, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve got a small group of people working here who have been with us for a while. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we’re just a local business trying to do things right. We spend a lot of time cleaning and prepping because that’s just how food work goes. It’s not always easy, especially when deliveries are late or something breaks, but we just fix it and move on. People in the area know where we are if they need us. We don’t spend much time on marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the actual work in the kitchen and getting things out to people who buy from us. We try to keep our costs down so we don't have to charge too much. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it's where we do all our heavy lifting.
