Joy Mining Machinery

We are located on the 4th floor of the Deep Jyoti Building in Jogeshwari. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but we’ve got a good view of the area from up here. We deal with mining machinery, which is heavy stuff, even though our office is just where we handle the parts and the orders. Jogeshwari is a central spot for us, and the building stays pretty busy with different people coming in and out all day. We have catalogs and technical manuals spread out all over the place. It’s not the kind of office where everything is perfectly organized, but we can find whatever part number you need if you give us a minute. We spend a lot of time talking to engineers and guys who work out on the sites. It’s a practical business, and we don't spend much time on anything that doesn't help get a machine back to work. We’ve seen the industry change over the years, but the basic need for good equipment stays the same. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at diagrams. We aren't big on corporate talk; we just like to solve the problems that our customers bring to us. It’s a quiet office mostly, except for when the phones start ringing all at once. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
