We are based in Ghatkopar West, specifically at No. 10 in the Swastik Disa Corporate Park. Being on LBS Marg means there is constant noise from the traffic outside, but once you get inside the corporate park, it gets a bit quieter. We are right by the Shreyas Cinema, which is how most people find us. They just look for the theater and then walk over to the office building. The clinic is on one of the lower floors, so you don't have to wait forever for the elevator if you're in a hurry. The space is fairly modern compared to some other places, with glass doors and a tidy reception area. However, it still feels like a regular local clinic. We have a small team here. One person handles the phone calls while the rest of us are in the back with the patients. We deal with a lot of people who work in the other offices nearby, so it gets very busy during the lunch hour and right after five o'clock. We keep some magazines in the waiting room, though most people just look at their phones. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because LBS Marg gets incredibly hot and dusty. It’s a practical location for a healthcare clinic in a place as fast-paced as Mumbai. We just try to keep up with the schedule and make sure everyone gets seen before we close up for the night.
